Finance and Administration Department is responsible for the entire task related to the accounting and finances of the company. Our team of experts has wide experience in managing and implementing internal and external projects, and is divided into two teams: finance team and administration team.
The finance team is responsible for all the money operations and financial liquidity, as well as supervising cash flow and company income. Our experts basing on regular analysis are searching for the best directions for the company to grow, creating strategies and setting goals for future, as well as planning the best path for our company to reach them. We are also responsible for Human Resources policy – employing new experts and motivating existing team members.
The administration team takes care of our employees, makes sure that everything works smoothly and that our office is always a very functional and creative space. We like to share information and ease the flow of documents and knowledge. We create user-friendly procedures that are simplifying the work of the entire office and ensure a modern and technically advanced environment for all the employees in the company. We also help to solve any IT problems of our employees.
We analyze the project goal and its indicators, level of achieving the goal, documentation and archiving procedures. The financial audit is an independent and objective evaluation of effectiveness and correctness of a certain project or venture. It verifies if the costs are rational, and if the implementation is being proceeded accordingly to the standards, procedures, budget or contract and law regulations. We base all our actions on the values and instructions from the Guidelines of European Commission, as well as International Standards on Auditing, International Standards on Related Services, IFAC Procedures and IFAC Code of Ethics.
